Born in Arizona and raised on the beach in southern New Jersey, Stacy Gibboni (B.F.A., painting, 1992) called Tybee Island home for a short time. Venetian by adoption, living and creating in the Italian city for the past two decades, Gibboni strives to initiate an aesthetic dialogue with her creative practice with more than 30 years of professional exhibitions. Gibboni's works have been shared on three continents to date, including exhibitions in China, Canada, Italy, Germany, England, Guatemala and the U.S. In addition to earning a degree from SCAD, Gibboni has graduated from New York University and The Bach Centre.
