Rachel Evans (M.A., arts administration, 2016; M.F.A., painting, 2011), a visual artist and passionate educator, paints portraits, landscapes and conceptual installations that engage with cultural representations of women, nature and self. Evans has exhibited throughout the United States and France and completed a residency at the Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts in New York City. She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia, where she is a studio resident at the Goat Farm Arts Center.
