Liv Bishop is a multi-disciplinary creative, specializing in painting, illustration, and branding design. Born and raised in the Midwest, Liv grew up balancing her love for art-making with her love for athletics, ultimately landing a Division 1 volleyball scholarship at 16. Always an advocate of trusting her gut, she decided later on to tip the scales in art’s favor, transferring to the Savannah College of Art and Design during the fall of that same year. Her work revolves around human connection, self expression, and self-growth. Her style pairs gestural realism with “hints of the surreal''. Her work tends to juxtapose the essence of her subject with graphic accents and colorful negative space. When she’s not painting, you can find her people-watching, hiking with her fiancé, or playing beach volleyball.
