Jenny Eitel (B.F.A., painting, 2012) works with a wide range of media and subject matter, focusing on balance in visceral quality and illusion. Her subject matter is portrayed in a realist manor that is strongly informed by the classical tradition. Her paintings have been featured in exhibitions at several galleries in Savannah, Georgia, including the Gutstein Gallery, Ashmore Gallery, Sulfur Studios and Non-Fiction Gallery, and is included in the Savannah College of Art and Design permanent collection. Eitel, a Clarklake, Michigan, native, lives and works in Savannah.
