Gonzalo Hernandez (M.F.A., fibers, 2019) lives and works in Kansas City, Missouri, and Lima, Peru. His work has been exhibited internationally, with recent solo and group exhibitions including F.F.A. Corp at Hen House, Savannah; Factory 1.1 at Alexander Hall, Savannah; The Artist as Muse, curated by Ariella Wolens and Ben Tollefson, at Gutstein Gallery, Savannah; Java at La Vitrine de la Officine m20 Hotel Savoy, Lima; Sorry Not Sorry: positions, dispositions y oppositions, curated by Max Hernandez, at CCPUCP, Lima; and Threaded, juried by Mark Newport and Maria-Elisa Heg, at MCC Art Gallery, Mesa, Arizona. Hernandez’s work will also be featured in the exhibition Regalo at the SCAD Museum of Art in 2020.
