Devin Boyle is a fiber artist and painter living in South Florida. She grew up in a small town in New England surrounded by farms and woods. Devin discovered magic and creativity in the outdoor world at a young age. Today, she still finds refuge in the wonder of nature. This translates to her creative process which is rooted in exploring natural materials such as natural dyes and pigments as well as local flora. She draws influence from botany, horticulture and agriculture as well as ancient art, indigenous knowledge, and ancestral wisdom. Devin’s works examine the intersection of nature and folklore throughout history, anthropology, literature, and art.
