Bradley Collins (B.F.A., painting, 2020) is a multidisciplinary artist who combines painting, printmaking, performance, and video art. His practice is focused on ideas of chance, repetition, and labor. To create his works, he designs series of layered, chance-oriented instructions and then carries out the assigned tasks without hesitation. Collins is interested in the paradox of repetitive actions, often finding solace in seemingly meaningless tasks. His work comments on the absurdist nature of our relationship to labor, production, and work. He lives and works in Savannah.
