I am a painter and illustrator. Although I studied illustration, I ended up following a more painting oriented career path after graduation. My body of work almost always consists of different portraits of people I have met around the world, or faces that always stay with me through different memories and are then translated into a painting. These portraits don’t always represent a specific person, they end up representing memories and concepts. Painting and illustration are often merged with each other in my art as I bring new characters to life on each canvas. I am constantly experimenting with new techniques in order to communicate the personality of each piece. I have had the privilege to showcase my work in different art shows and galleries around the world such as Buenos Aires, New York City, Madrid and London.
