Wendy White (B.F.A., fibers, 1993) is a painter and mixed-media artist whose work juxtaposes unexpected shadow with bright, neon colors and surprising materials. Her work has been exhibited in solo exhibitions around the world, including at the Eric Firestone Loft, New York City; Galería Moriarty, Madrid; The Museum of Fine Arts, Gifu, Japan; Andrew Rafacz Gallery, Chicago, Illinois; and David Castillo Gallery, Miami, Florida, among others. She has also participated in two-person exhibitions and group exhibitions in cities around the globe, including San Francisco, California; New York City; Düsseldorf, Germany; Brussels; Los Angeles, California; and Copenhagen, Denmark. A Deep River, Connecticut, native, White currently lives and works in New York City.
